Whether you require the absolute performance of compact, lightweight full-sized binoculars, or the convenience and enhanced usability of the best possible mid-size binoculars, the new Victory T* FLs set the standard. The name already says what is most new and exciting about these binoculars: FL. In the newly calculated optical system of these Victory models, special glass containing fluoride with exceptionally low dispersion is used. With this type ofglass, the secondary spectrum is kept to a minimum. It means that color fringes are eliminated to such an extent that they are practically imperceptible to the observer in all light conditions. Color reproduction is both accurate and brilliant. The new Victory models are, by the way, the first FL binoculars following in the footsteps of the award-winning Zeiss Diascope FL spotting scopes. Edge of field sharpness is also excellent, the best of any Zeiss binocular so far. Due to special design measures, stray light has been largely eliminated. Practical benefits include: no troublesome reflections and exceptional image brilliance. In the optical systems, high efficiency Abbe-K"nig prisms (without mirrored surfaces) are used in the 42 mm models and Schmidt Pechan prisms with newly developed Zeiss dielectric mirror coatings are used
